McDonald's in Wesel

We stayed at McDrive tonight and redeemed vouchers there. Regardless of the fact that the lady at the intercom was very unfriendly, we stood in line for quite a long time and had to wait a long time at the “transfer window” for our order (2 McFlurrys + 1x 20 nuggets). The employee cursed a lot and complained loudly at the ice cream machine because it was probably not working properly. When she gave us the ice cream, both cups were almost half full. When we asked her about it and asked if we could possibly get a discount, she answered annoyed why we would like to have a discount. We politely and respectfully explained to her that we were used to a different abundance of cups and that we actually find what we have received an absurdity. Then she seemed even more annoyed and unfriendly than before and she said that it would be enough, what was in the cup. When we asked her for her name, she got really sloppy and wanted to know what we needed the name for. Finally the shift manager came along and was just as unfriendly. She wasn't exactly looking to resolve the situation properly either.

The staff insulted each other with I quote "b ** h son" eat completely cold and my burger + chicken nuggets flew through the whole bag again I don't go there!

Super hygiene concept. Order went smoothly. This time they didn't forget to pack anything ??

I ordered a double pack menu, in the end the 2 burgers were missing and the fries were cold. Then called several times, nobody answered. Money away and not getting the food back.

Employee (could also have been store manager) was extremely rude, someone who came long after me had someone pay first and forgot 2 fries when ordering 2 Mc Menu. How can something like that happen? Proper juice shop. There was hardly anything going on.

In this MCDonalds you get above-average old fries and nuggets. It is not uncommon to see / hear how the timer for the stored nuggets runs and is reset again without new goods being added. The fries are often longer than 20 minutes in the display compartment and they also taste that way. I had to give everything back on my last visit. The burgers were in the warming bay forever and the meat probably much longer. On the whole miserable!

Tastes as usual at McDonalds. My order was also processed quickly. But staff could be a bit friendlier.

Everything was full of rubbish and the employees ranzed very loudly behind the counter. French fries tasted old and the burger no longer looked edible. You don't expect much, but that was a bit too much ...

A well-organized branch. The staff are very courteous and nice.

What a filthy shop. Unfriendly, overwhelmed, it's dirty and the food isn't any better. If you want to get in a bad mood, just eat there. The new straws dissolve in the mouth when you drink and the drink tastes like cardboard. Yes, such straws are good for the environment, I think that's great, only then please which ones survive a drink.

Unfriendly staff. You were yelled at that you should first accept the goods, even though you wanted to stow the drinks first, then you make the lady aware of her tone and people roll eyes and mumble. The conversation with the supervisor present was very unsatisfactory because they did not even apologize on behalf of the employee. I spoke to 2 employees behind the cash register who unfortunately didn't understand a word of German. With all understanding for integration, I want to be understood in Germany too.

Totally unfriendly lady at the counter! When ordering already cheeky and when paying even cheekier and the crowning glory was that she gave us an empty box and wrong sauces ... at first it was a joke of the cook, when we said it was "a fraud" to her Joke!!!! The gentleman very kind in his defense! To conclude it is not a five star restaurant, so you can't expect a two star staff! Tip to the young woman: look for a less stressful job!

Unfortunately, it wasn't good this time. At first the order was being processed, then suddenly completely removed from the display board. And by the time we got it, it was so cool that it no longer tasted delicious.

Because there is a McDrive, McCafé, indoor and outdoor area, you should definitely expect waiting times. McDrive orders come first, then everything else. The cleanliness inside and in the toilets is therefore logically neglected

The preparation of the food, like everywhere else, always depends on which staff is currently doing their job. BUT in my opinion, these are currently ABSOLUTE NO GO, those disgusting paper straws. I mean, you have no quality management at all! ?? How can a company that is otherwise always so focused on quality and taste, publish something like this. As much as I care about environmental protection, these things are NOT an alternative. As long as the pieces that taste like wood, cardboard and glue are standard for you, I'll get my shake at the Burger King. This is not against this restaurant alone, but with McDonalds Germany.

Small McDonald's with interior & exterior seating options. There's a small playground for children & parking.

Neat after remodeling. Good mccafe counter and competent baristas. Friendly even during peak hours. Parking could be nicer.

Very nice staff. Burger was fresh and well made. Of course still McDonald's but definitely of the better ones. Recommend the mcflurry Oreo apple pie. Amazing new flavor
